Caerus Construction LLC. is a local, Residential and Commercial Contracting company in the Houston metro area. Caerus Construction was established in 2008 as result of the devastation caused by Hurricane Ike. Owner and General Contractor, Jason Parmet, saw how many fellow neighbors had been impacted by the storm, and felt a strong desire to help the community rebuild. With more than 20 years in the residential and commercial construction industry, he formed Caerus Construction in response.
Jason is a local Houstonian, a husband and father. Caerus Construction is a family affair, with wife Mindi providing administrative support, and their son assisting in small tasks. Since its inception, Jason has helped many families rebuild, renovate and remodel their homes.
Jason has additional experience working closely with local restaurateurs for their expansions and complete buildout needs.
